How To – Repair Crack In Ukulele Body Wood

Video Posted on Updated on

This video from Robert O’Brien of O’Brien Guitars shows us a beautifully simple, professional technique of how to repair a crack in the finished body wood of your ukulele.

A mixture of CA glue (Super Glue) and wood dust of the same wood type as the damaged ukulele body, to fill the crack in the ukulele, then some light scraper work on the repaired area of the ukulele, to remove any excess glue and wood dust from the body of the repaired ukulele (look out for the neat ukulele luthiery scraper tool tip).
